LETTER TO PARENTS

MEDICATION AT SCHOOL

END OF SCHOOL YEAR PROCEDURE

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As the end of the school year approaches, we would like to remind you to pick up any medications your child has in the school health office. For the safety of all students, medications cannot be sent home with students and must be picked up by a parent or authorized adult.

Please plan to pick up your child's medication by June 6, 2025. Any medication that is not picked up by that date will be properly disposed of, as we are unable to store medications over the summer.

If your child will require medication for the upcoming school year, a new medication authorization form must be completed. These forms are available in the school office. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all students.
